Terms of Service

1. The service

Tenderfy Social (https://tenderfy.social) is a service that lets companies plan, schedule and publish content to their own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and others). It is operated by TENDERFY S.R.L., Suceava, str. Calea Obcinilor 1,2,3, Romania, CUI 42011927, Trade Register no. J33/1959/2019 (“we”).

2. Your account

• Anyone acting for a company or as a professional may create an account. You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account and for the social media accounts you connect.
• Plans and prices are listed on tenderfy.social. The Starter plan is free. During our launch offer, the Pro and Business plans are also free until 31 March 2027. We will notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before any plan becomes paid, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us only the permission needed to store it and publish it to the accounts you choose.
• You may publish only content you own or have the right to use. It must follow the law and the terms, community guidelines and policies of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Content Sharing Guidelines.
• Spam, misleading, unlawful, hateful or infringing content, and any attempt to bypass platform limits, are not allowed. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Connected social media accounts

Connecting an account authorizes Tenderfy Social to publish content and read basic account information and statistics, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect an account at any time, from Tenderfy Social or from the platform's settings.

5. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of availability. We may change, limit or stop it at any time. To the extent allowed by law, TENDERFY S.R.L. is not liable for indirect damages, lost posts or interruptions caused by the social media platforms.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may close accounts that break these terms.

7. Open source

Tenderfy Social is built on the open-source project Postiz, licensed under the GNU AGPL-3.0. The corresponding source code is available at tenderfy.social/source.

8. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes go to the competent courts in Suceava, Romania. Contact: [email protected], +40 774 546 403.
