Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Tenderfy Social at any time.

Disconnect a social media account

In Tenderfy Social, open the account's menu → Preferences → Delete. Its tokens and profile data are deleted. You can also remove the app from the platform: TikTok Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions; Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations; Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; Google myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps.

Delete your whole account

Send an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Tenderfy Social account”, from the address you signed up with. We delete the account, its workspace, connected accounts and uploaded content within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

Content already published on the social media platforms stays there and can be deleted from those platforms.
